My First Flight

My Mom took me on my first plane ride last week to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Flying really is not as scary as everyone says it is. Here is a picture of me on the plane.

As you can see, I was totally relaxed and even fell asleep for most of the flight.

This was my first time in warm weather (remember, I was born in October in New York!). I had to wear a hat and tried to stay out of the sun... all though, I did try to catch a few rays...

I am 3 months old!!

On January 4th, I turned 3 months old! I have been growing a lot - I grew 2 inches this past month and am now 24.25 inches long. And I gained a few pounds - I am 14 lbs, 6 oz now. Here are a few recent pictures of me.

Visit to Washington, DC

On the way back from Grandma and Grandpa Downing's house, my parents and I stopped in Washington, DC. They thought it would make the 8 hour trip back to NY a little bit easier for me (although, I don't mind riding in cars, as I tend to sleep the entire time). I finally got to meet my Great Aunt Sandra. Here are a few pictures from the lunch with her.

We went for a few walks while we were in DC. On Friday, we walked around the Mall, and on Saturday, my Dad took us to one of his favorite parks from when he was a little guy.

Christmas in North Carolina

I celebrated my first Christmas in Raleigh, North Carolina at my Grandma and Grandpa Downing's house. I had a lot of fun spending time with them and with my Aunt Angie, Uncle Matt, Uncle Adam and Jack. The first week I was down there, I went to Jack's playgroup. Here is a picture of all the babies dressed up for Christmas at playgroup...

Santa came to visit Jack and I and left a lot of presents!! He brought us the blue seats that Jack and I are sitting in.
